If your account runs out of viewer credits during a Livestream or while viewers are watching your VOD they will experience a sudden stop of the event.
To protect against this, you need to be sure to always have viewer credits on your account, and you can let our system protect you against accidental stops, using our auto-recharge function.
To set your recharge up, select how many additional credits you want your account to top up to, the minimum amount is 50.
Then add your card to the account, and when your balance drops to 50, you will recharge your account.
Credits you purchase are applicable account wide for any event in your dashboard, and never expire.
