If you see this icon on your billing page, it means that another Organisation administers your account billing.
This may have been an event production team that set up a previous event for you or created your account, and invited you in. If you want to take control of your billing for your event and account, please contact the team in the chat, and let them know your Organisation name, and that you want to be removed from the parent agency.
